The Hastings House Wedding Package includes a three-day stay, which allows time to obtain the license and have a relaxed and memorable wedding, plus all essential services and transportation, meals, champagne and cake, with price options depending on the size of the group. If the wedding couple desires something more elaborate, Hastings House Manager will be happy to develop a customized program and budget.

- transportation to and from seaplane dock or ferry terminal on Salt Spring Island
- accommodations in a deluxe suite for 3 nights
- rooms personalized with the guests’ names on the door
- basket of fruit, and treats from Hastings House kitchen
- daily morning wake-up hamper, continental breakfast and afternoon treats
- 3-course dinner
- 4-course Chef's Menu in the Dining Room or Verandah
- 3-course fireside dinner in the newlyweds’ suite or private balcony
- license and commissioner (similar to a justice of the peace)
- transportation to and from government office to obtain marriage license
- champagne and cake, served in location of couple’s choice
- floral bouquet, boutonniere, and table arrangement
- A copy of Hastings House Country Estate, a 96-page hard cover book containing 30 recipes, beautiful photographs of the hotel in all seasons, and snippets of history about the property’s colourful past. If the couple should choose to insert photographs of their wedding day in the front of this book, it would make a grand wedding album.
*This package may be expanded to include members of the wedding party and guests. The hotel, with 18 suites, can sleep up to 48 people (other accommodations are nearby to meet the needs of larger groups).
