Combining its idyllic setting and award-winning hospitality with the wealth of knowledge on the island, Hastings House is pleased to offer a series of Wellness Retreats for small groups of individuals who wish to begin or continue their exploration of a healthier state of mind and approach to living. Participants in the Wellness Retreat will treat themselves to daily Yoga training and activities designed to develop better concentration and focus, release tension, improve posture, tone their bodies, and discover ways to quiet their minds. These activities include hiking, kayaking, and meditative walks.
