Hastings House can accommodate up to 60 guests for dinner, and up to 80 for stand-up receptions. Our meeting rooms can comfortably seat from 6 to 60. All rooms are equipped with high-speed internet access. A projection screen and flip chart easel are available. Depending upon the event and activities associated with it, a total or partial takeover of the property may be required. |

14 suites, 3 bed-sitting rooms, and one cottage make up the 18 guest suites of Hastings House. Most are furnished with King or Twin/King beds, some with Queen beds, some with additional twin beds or double sofa beds. Additional accommodations are nearby in several high quality Bed and Breakfasts or small standard hotels. Executive Chef Marcel Kauer will customize food and beverage service to meet your requirements. A range of activities from golf and tennis (.4 km away) to shopping and gallery hopping, boating, fishing, kayaking, hiking, biking, and whale watching are just some of the diversions we can arrange. Tours of art studios or gourmet safaris of the island are also popular. Day trips to Vancouver Island include the famous Butchart Gardens and a guided winery tour.
